DHS Director of Health Services Assam Declared Exam Date, Download Admit Card 2019: The Government of Assam, under Health and Family Welfare Department, Assam Cum-Director of Health Services (Family Welfare) Assam 2018-2019 has released a notice regarding the examination date and admit card for the recruitment of Computer, Field and Evaluation Worker, L.D. Assistant, Field Worker,  Social Worker, and Grade-IV Posts.

This is for general information that the Written OMR Test for the post of Computer, Field and Evaluation Worker, L.D. Assistant, Field Worker, Social Worker, and Grade-IV Posts, in the establishment of Directorate of Health Services(Family Welfare),
Assam, as per advertisement in News Papers on 2nd November 2018 and 3rd November 2018 vide Janasanyog/DF/2882/18 and also online at www.dhsfw.assam.gov.in on 3rd November 2018 vide HSFW/Esstt./13/PT/2013/8823, dated 2nd November 2018, is scheduled to be held on 27th January’ 2019 at 9 districts (Zone) in the State Assam.
